On setup day we carry spare configured kiosks through the show floor. Give us your logo and brochure PDF and we can have a kiosk running at your booth in about 15 minutes, subject to availability.

Common questions
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, brand colors, a brochure PDF or link, and the three to five questions you want to ask visitors. Everything else is on us.
What if the venue Wi-Fi drops?
Leads are stored on the iPad and sync automatically when the connection returns, so no one who signs up is lost. We can also plan a cellular backup for shows with unreliable Wi-Fi.
Can the follow-up email come from my company?
Yes. We can send from your sales address, or pass each lead straight into your own CRM or email platform so your existing follow-up sequence takes over.
How do I get my leads after the show?
You receive a clean CSV file as soon as the show closes, or the leads can flow into your CRM during the event.
How far ahead should I book?
Booking 30 days ahead gives us time to brand your kiosk and load your brochure. If you are already on the show floor, ask about our setup-day rescue.
